NCCA (Norwegian Committee for Concrete Admixtures) was founded in 1989 and is a member of EFCA.

The committees aim is to promote the development of concrete admixtures and promote skilled use of admixtures within the Norwegian building and construction industry. Through its membership in EFCA, NCCA takes an active part in the work for common European standards for concrete admixtures.
NCCA works in the interest of the Norwegian concrete admixture producers.
NCCA has four full A-members (producers of concrete admixtures):

• Rescon Mapei AS
• Sika Norge AS
• Adda Byggkjemi AS
• BASF Norge AS

There are also 5 associated B-members (suppliers, cement producers and control institutes):

• Borregaard LignoTech
• SINTEF
• Norcem AS
• EMBRA Cement AS (CEMEX)
• Yara industries AS
