- To act as the official representative of the admixture industry when approaching authorities, institutions or other competent bodies in European and at International level
- To coordinate the activities of National Admixture Associations where these relate to European or International matters
- To advance and encourage the use of admixtures by means of lectures, publications and other activities including presentations at conferences
- To improve the technical and environmental profile of the industry including development of European Standards prepared under the aegis of CEN and development and sale of environmentally friendly and sustainable admixtures
- To work closely with other European organisations in the field of concrete, constituents and supply, in order to promote the use of concrete as the premier construction material of choice
- To collect and disseminate information and market surveillance on matters related to admixtures and concrete to the advantage of the EFCA Partners
